Dutch H2GP Team ‘Summa H2’ Progress to World Final
After two days of intense racing in Zwolle, Netherlands last week, the Dutch H2GP team from Summa College emerged victorious for the third year in a row. They completed an impressive 1344 laps during their 6-hour race and will be competing at the 2024 H2GP World Final in Anaheim this September.
‘We’re extremely impressed with all Dutch H2GP teams who put in the extra effort to take part this year and learn engineering skills essential to a variety of future careers ’, said Jelmer Flierman, Dutch H2GP Race Director. ‘Over the past 4 months I’ve seen immense curiosity, growth, and comradery from students in Holland, and we’re looking forward to build on this in the next year’.
In addition to the impressive engineering and teamwork on display from students last week, H2GP Foundation had the privilege of hearing from Nicolas PEREZ from hashtag#MissionH24 during the event. It was an honor to hear him share his expert insights with our H2GP teams and participate in the technical checks.
